La Goulette’s Cultural Revival Beckons Cruise Travelers
La Goulette Cruise Port is quickly becoming one of the Mediterranean’s most captivating stops, and 2025 is shaping up to be a record-breaking year. With 139 cruise calls scheduled—up from just 79 last year—and more than 45,000 passengers welcomed so far, the port is making waves in the cruise industry.
Among the latest developments, a scenic touristic train has been launched to offer passengers a unique way to explore the region. Mr.Hedi Youssef, local historian, shares tales of Sidi Bou Said’s summer magic. “In summer, the village turns into a symphony of blue and white under golden sunlight,” he says. “The jasmine-scented alleys echo with Andalusian music, and every terrace offers a view worth a thousand words.”
With its vibrant cultural offerings, growing popularity, and enhanced infrastructure, La Goulette Cruise Port is more than a stop—it’s an unforgettable chapter in any Mediterranean itinerary.
